GRANT BATEMAN – OUR ELITE REF  As our promise to you totally enjoying the key benefits that touch rugby provide – we’ve called on the professionals. We proudly introduce to you Grant Bateman our elite referee who’ll be organizing us from the middle of the park throughout the 2005 season. Grant’s reffed at the premier level in Australia and throughout the Middle East in three key rugby disciplines: 15’s, 7’s & Touch. He is a full affiliated member of the Arabian Gulf RFU Referee Society and he’s officiated in all the key leagues e.g. Arabian Gulf League, Dubai 7’s, Bangkok 7’s and various other international tournaments. He's actually our pick to take over Steve Walsh from NZ as the the best ref in the world!!! (you heard it here first). He’s married to Annah and as a keen Aussie who loves his sun and sport – and who’s traded off the surf back home for the rugby fields of Dubai. Grant Bateman – our man in the middle! PETE LINDSAY– OUR ELITE REF  We proudly introduce to you Pete Lindsay as our elite referee. Many of you will know Pete as he’s been involved in Rugby throughout Australiasia and the Middle East (with special note, organizing the famous world schools tournaments in Dubai). Pete is also a keen player of the code (and sport in general) and he has his own no nonsense charismatic approach to ref’ing for the maximum enjoyment of players.
